Legal and enforcement

The Keep Britain Tidy Network provides a wealth of legal advice and support, via our resources, training and network learning events from our legal experts.

We are currently reviewing our legal resources so not all are currently available via this new website. If there are any resources you have used in the past that you need access to, just email us at network.enquiries@keepbriatintidy.org as we can send them across.

Ask the Expert Services - Network members can ask their questions to our resident legal and policy experts. We also have a library of previous questions that have been answered by our experts and articles they've written on relevant topics. If you would like to put your question to one of our experts, email us on network.enquiries@keepbritaintidy.org

Legal and enforcement training - inhouse and regional training, delivered by our legal experts, is available on a range of topics.
